After the downloading process is complete you have to open it. Now go to the folder where you download my config file I downloaded it. Now open the 'Bullet Show Effect Config 2.1' File.

Now follow the next steps, Open the 'Bullet Show Effect Config 2.1' folder and Extract... After completing the extracting now copy the file. After completing copy go to the phone storage and then open the Android folder then open the Data folder.
Step 4 :
After Opening the Data Folder then you have to find the 'com.pubg.imo' folder. And past it there. If there is a notification of 'Overwrite File?' then click replace. And that's it all the steps are done.
